Lisa Zeff is a career coach and former television executive.
Lisa spent nearly three decades at ABC News in New York as a producer and then Executive Producer and General Manager of ABC News Productions, ABC’s cable production unit where she spent fourteen years overseeing the development and production of many award-winning documentaries and series.

After going on to become a television talent agent and recruitment consultant, Lisa returned to London and received a postgraduate certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Meryl Gitter Michon is an award-winning television producer, director, and writer specializing in biographical and historical documentaries. She began her career at ABC News where she learned the art of the interview from the incomparable Barbara Walters. Her work includes dozens of Biographies for A&E and Intimate Portraits for Lifetime. With a passion for storytelling, she has profiled the lives and careers of everyone from The Kennedys to Pat Benatar. And for People Profiles, a special series for CNN, she documented the extraordinary and inspirational lives of Christopher Reeve and Jim Henson.

Recent credits include the CBS and Paramount+ Special “The Gift: Kindness Goes Viral,” ABC News' "The Year with Robin Roberts", the ABC Docuseries "1969," and the FOX Special Event "O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession." She has also served as Executive Producer and Creator of the Docuseries “Nancy O’Dell Remembers” along with specials exploring the “Me Too” movement and the opioid crisis in Hollywood for REELZ. Additional documentaries and specials have aired on Discovery, History, MTV, Nickelodeon, TLC, Court TV and National Geographic.

Meryl received a 2019 Front Page Award for Special Reporting. Other awards include the duPont-Columbia, Peabody and Emmy.
